24th April BristolCon Fringe @ Hall pass presents: an evening with Gareth L. Powell. 

BristolCon's only double Guest of Honour (2012 & 2019) and two time BFSA Best Novel Award winner (2013 Ack-Ack Macaque & 2019 Embers of War) joins us for a special evening, in our intimate venue in the center of Bristol. 

Gareth will be reading from his new book Descendant Machine (Titanbooks), 

Gareth is known for using intimate, character-driven science fiction to explore themes of identity, loss, and the human condition, and with ten published novels, two short story collections, three novellas and a nonfiction writing guide. Described by Adrian Tchaikovsky as, “One of the masters of the genre.” this night promises to be one of the must attend Fringes of 2023.
